We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product for any reason, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy below to understand your rights and options.


1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Note: Due to the nature of personal care and wellness products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items unless they arrived damaged or faulty.


2. Return Window

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at allpureorganix@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item if applicable.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • You will be notified via email once the refund is issued

Please note:

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

  • In some cases, a partial refund may be issued (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition)


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.


6. Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us immediately. Once the order has been shipped, it will follow the return process outlined above.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a product that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible by issuing a replacement or refund.


8. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used bottles

  • Custom or promotional items

  • Gift cards
